Benefits for Employers

Services include customized coaching / consulting, either in a one-to-one or small group coaching format. Training and development workshops are available to groups with more than eight people. During an initial consultation, a brief needs assessment is conducted with management or human resources, who may be interested in small group grouping, workshops or referring an employee for one-to-one coaching; in addition, an employee can contact Infinity directly if they are interested to access one-to-one coaching. Next steps include an in-person meeting to gather additional information and subsequently customize offerings.

Customized packages, or coaching at an hourly rate are available for career services coaching or employment services coaching. To accommodate budgeting requirements, group coaching is offered at a discount, and is available upon demand. Training and development workshop costs vary dependent on the time needed for workshop development.

Typical services include coaching as well as training and development workshops on topics including rewirement, non-financial retirement renewal, employment job search skills (i.e. resume, cover letter and interview skills preparation), emotional intelligence, or goal setting related to current or future employment, advancement, and development of skills.
